About the Role
As part of our Houston expansion, 407 Solutions is hiring an Event Sales Assistant to support live, face-to-face sales events across retail and promotional venues. This role focuses specifically on event execution, engaging customers during branded campaigns, and supporting on-site sales activity
Key Responsibilities
- Support live promotional and event-based sales campaigns at retail and branded venues
- Speak face-to-face with customers to explain products, offers, and event promotions
- Assist in generating sales by engaging customers and guiding them through purchase decisions
- Help set up, maintain, and break down event displays and sales stations
- Ensure customers have a positive experience during events through clear communication and service
- Follow event schedules, sales objectives, and instructions from the on-site team leader
- Maintain a professional presence while representing client brands publicly
What Weβre Looking For
- Confident speaking with customers in face-to-face environments
- Comfortable being involved in sales-focused activities
- Friendly, reliable, and professional attitude
- Ability to work in busy event or retail settings
- Interest in events, promotions, or customer interaction
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service is helpful but not required
