DIGITAL MARKETER / CREATOR

Salary: 150,000 | Reports To: Restaurant Manager / CEO

Role Purpose:

To serve as the brand’s digital voice, creating a compelling online presence that converts

social media engagement into physical foot traffic.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Strategy:

Develop and execute a monthly content calendar featuring high-fidelity photography and

short-form video (Reels/TikTok) that showcases the Urban Bites lifestyle.

Community Management:

Manage all digital touchpoints (Instagram, Google, TripAdvisor); maintain a professional

brand voice while responding to inquiries and reviews.

Growth Marketing:

Implement organic and paid strategies (Meta Ads) to expand brand reach and target local

demographics.

Brand Activations:

Conceptualize and promote weekly events (e.g., Happy Hours, Live Music) to drive traffic

during off-peak hours.

Analytics & Reporting:

Present weekly reports on reach, engagement, and the correlation between digital

campaigns and reservation spikes.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

Engagement Rate:

15% increase in organic engagement across core platforms.

Lead Generation:

Number of verified reservations or orders traced back to digital marketing efforts.

Brand Consistency:

100% adherence to the brand’s visual and verbal identity.

EDUCATIONAL AND PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

Degree:

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Public Relations.

Certification:

Certifications in Digital Marketing (Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or HubSpot).

Technical Skills:

Advanced proficiency in content creation tools (Adobe Premiere, Canva, or CapCut)

and high-level photography/videography skills.

Portfolio:

A proven track record of managing social media for lifestyle or food brands
