Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales & Growth: Achieve targets through advanced selling techniques (up-selling/cross-selling). Execute an expansion strategy to “open doors” for new business and grow the company’s market share.
  • Client Management: Build long-term loyalty by visiting potential clients, assessing their needs, and providing expert product knowledge. Handle post-sale follow-ups and resolve complaints to ensure high satisfaction.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor KSA market trends, competitor pricing, and product innovations. Conduct research to identify new opportunities and recommend new product lines.
  • Operations & Merchandising: Maintain visual merchandising standards at client sites, manage stock agreements, and oversee client inventories.
  • Financial Accountability: Manage the Profit & Loss (P&L) of your accounts and take full responsibility for payment collections and aging reports.
  • Reporting: Maintain updated CRM records, enter daily sales into the system, and provide weekly/monthly performance and education reports.
