Key Responsibilities
Office Operations
- Oversee daily office functions, including managing phone calls, emails, and inventory of office supplies.
- Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and conducive to a productive work atmosphere.
Administrative Support
- Provide administrative support to senior management by handling scheduling, correspondence, and employee attendance records.
Vendor & Supplier Coordination
- Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers, ensuring smooth operations, contract management, and timely renewals.
Travel & Event Planning
- Coordinate travel arrangements for employees and organize internal meetings and events, ensuring all logistics are in place.
Compliance & Documentation
- Maintain accurate employee records and contracts.
- Prepare and submit expense reports as required, ensuring compliance with internal policies.
Communication & IT Coordination
- Facilitate smooth communication between departments, ensuring information flows efficiently.
- Coordinate with the IT department for technical support and resolve any technical issues impacting office operations.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelorβs degree.
- 1-5 years of experience in a corporate administrative role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Familiarity with Indian compliance regulations.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Location: Charni Road, Mumbai
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (Monday – Saturday)
