About the Role
We’re looking for a hungry, curious, and proactive BDR to help drive pipeline growth by reaching out to potential B2B customers, starting conversations, and turning interest into qualified opportunities.
You’ll be part of a lean, high-performance team building cutting-edge outreach campaigns across LinkedIn, email, and cold calling. This is a full-cycle SDR role: from identifying prospects to booking qualified meetings and supporting proposal-stage opportunities.
Responsibilities
* Research and identify ideal customer profiles (ICPs) and target companies
* Write and send personalized LinkedIn and email messages to prospects
* Call prospects and hold discovery conversations
* Book qualified meetings for the sales team (or yourself)
* Keep the CRM updated with activity, notes, and opportunity tracking
* Help move opportunities forward to proposal stage and support closing
* Collaborate with the founder and BD team on campaign strategy
What We’re Looking For
* Excellent spoken and written English (French or Arabic is a bonus)
* Strong communication and copywriting skills
* Comfortable on the phone and video calls
* Ambitious, self-driven, and detail-oriented
* Prior experience in sales, customer service, or outbound messaging is a plus but not required
