Job Description

As our Marketing & Sales Specialist, you strengthen Wintipak’s commercial impact by connecting global sales priorities with customer- and product-focused marketing. You will build and manage our social media presence, support our global Business Development team with strong sales enablement, and turn market and customer insights into focused initiatives that accelerate growth.

This role is primarily focused on market intelligence, data-driven marketing, and Business Development support, complementing our global brand activities and ensuring a clear, effective interface between Sales and Marketing.

Key responsibilities

Sales enablement & customer/product marketing

  • Translate global sales priorities into clear customer- and product-marketing initiatives (campaigns, messaging, tools).
  • Create high-quality sales enablement materials (product one-pagers, presentations, case studies, pitch decks, proposal support).
  • Support go-to-market activities for new products and markets (positioning, value propositions, competitive differentiation).
  • Maintain and continuously improve core marketing assets (product overviews, brochures, FAQs, selected website/career content where relevant).

Business Development support (global)

  • Partner with Business Developers across regions to support lead generation and deal progression with relevant content and insights.
  • Provide marketing inputs for key accounts and priority segments (tailored materials, market snapshots, sector insights).
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure fast turnaround, consistent quality, and on-brand delivery.

Social media & brand presence (especially LinkedIn)

  • Own and manage the social media content calendar with consistent, professional storytelling aligned with the Wintipak brand.
  • Create and publish posts, visuals, and short-form content highlighting products, customer value, milestones, and employer brand touchpoints.
  • Track performance (reach, engagement, lead indicators) and continuously optimize content, formats, and cadence.

Market intelligence & insights

  • Track relevant market numbers, trends, and competitor activities; maintain a simple insights repository.
  • Derive actionable initiatives from data (priority segments, regional focus, campaign themes, messaging angles).
  • Support light reporting on campaign results, content performance, and commercial impact indicators.

Collaboration & project management

  • Work closely with Sales, Business Development, Product/Technical teams, and external partners (designers/agencies) as needed.
  • Manage multiple priorities with structure, clear timelines, and proactive stakeholder communication.

What you bring

Experience & skills

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, sales enablement, customer/product marketing, or a similar commercial role.
  • Strong ability to translate complex products into clear, customer-relevant messaging and content.
  • Proven social media experience (ideally LinkedIn) with strong storytelling, tone, and brand consistency.
  • Confidence working with market data: interpreting numbers, identifying patterns, and turning insights into actions.
  • Solid project management skills; reliable, fast, and detail-oriented.

Communication

  • Excellent English (written and spoken). Additional languages are a plus.
  • Confident stakeholder management across cultures and time zones.

Mindset

  • Hands-on, entrepreneurial, and commercially minded.
  • Positive, proactive, and able to work independently while collaborating closely with global teams.

Nice to have

  • Experience in packaging, industrial manufacturing, or technical B2B environments.
  • Basic design/content tools know-how (e.g., Canva, Adobe basics, PowerPoint storytelling).
  • CRM familiarity (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and/or exposure to marketing automation.
