Healthcare / Civil Litigation Associate | 100% Remote | Up to $200k | Real Growth opportunities for advancement | Recession-Proof| Complex challenging work
Location: 100% Fully Remote (Must be California-barred; ideally West Coast-based. Candidates in AZ/NV may also be considered)
Position: Civil Litigation / Healthcare Defense Associate
Salary: $135,000 – $200,000+ (based on experience)

🧑 The Role:
- Handle a variety of civil defense litigation with a focus on healthcare and medical malpractice cases.
- Manage matters independently with full ownership while collaborating with a supportive team.
- Opportunities to take cases to arbitration and trial.
- Exposure to licensing issues, general liability claims, and medical-based disputes.
- Work with experienced trial attorneys who are committed to developing and promoting their team.
Salary & Perks:
- Competitive base salary: $135,000 – $200,000+ depending on level
- Quarterly bonuses: $75/hour for all billables over 1,900 annually (calculated quarterly, not cumulative)
- Billables: 1,900 minimum annually (~158 hours/month)

Requirements:
- 2–10 years litigation experience (civil litigation, insurance defense, or general liability).
- California Bar admission required (other West Coast states may be considered).
