Job Description
This role sits within our Consulting function, working closely with Technical Consultants, and Project Managers. You’ll act as a trusted advisor throughout the client lifecycle, supporting both new prospects and existing customers. Your focus will be on helping non-profit organisations transform their business through the implementation of new Blackbaud software, or the optimisation of existing Blackbaud solutions.
You will act as the client-facing Blackbaud representative and fundraising subject matter expert throughout the client relationship lifecycle; identifying and researching business needs and determining solutions to business problems. To success, you’ll need to understand business workflows and be innovative with problem-solving to create optimised solutions for our customers.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver client facing workshops for customers with new, or existing Blackbaud software
- Gather and analyse information and use it to develop effective solutions to problems; devise workable solutions; raise risks and implement fixes
- Investigate and anticipate customers’ current and future needs
- Mediate to reach agreements where there is difference of opinion between stakeholders
- Complete system design workshops; data mapping; support user acceptance testing (UAT); functionality testing; workflow design; best practice improvements; data health checks; data quality testing; data migrations (imports/exports); database configuration and supporting customers going through organisational change
What You’ll Bring
- Experience working with CRM Solutions in the non-profit (not-for-profit) sector or in a professional services setting
- Problem-solving and analytical skills, with experience handling varied tasks in parallel
- Understanding of fundraising systems, workflows, best practices and how they enhance fundraising activities with knowledge of some the following programs – Major Giving, Prospect Research, Direct Marketing, Planned Giving, Events, and Volunteer Management
- Experience with Blackbaud CRM Solutions including Raiser’s Edge NXT (preferred)
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (preferred)
- Track record of building and maintaining stakeholder relationships to drive engagement and deliver collaborative, innovative solutions
