Program Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Program Manager. The Program Manager will oversee program planning, execution, and delivery while ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Responsibilities include managing project timelines, budgets, and resources, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and liaising with clients and stakeholders. The Program Manager will also be responsible for risk management, quality control, and continuous process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, and delivery
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in risk management and quality control
• Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder relationships
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in defense or marine industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
• PMP certification or equivalent project management certification is beneficial
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
