We’re building a new way of living.
Sanctuary is a wellness-driven real estate development company reimagining how people live, connect, and belong.
We design and build communities where architecture, nature, and human experience exist in harmony, places that support a slower, more intentional way of life.
Across 135 acres in Texas Hill Country, Sanctuary is developing a modern village that blends residential homes with meaningful shared spaces: from retreat and wellness centers to cafés, community dining, and curated retail. Each space is designed with purpose: to restore balance, foster connection, and celebrate natural beauty.
Our mission is to create environments that feel alive, where people can wake up to clean air and open skies, gather over good food, move their bodies, and experience a deeper connection to themselves and to others.
As Sanctuary grows, we’re bringing together visionary architects, designers, and storytellers to build not just a community, but a new way of living – one rooted in health, design, and belonging.
This Role Is All About Execution
Talking to prospects. Following up. Managing showings. Closing deals.
You’ll be the first voice many families hear – and a big reason they trust us with their future.
What You’ll Do
- Own day-to-day communication with interested buyers: inbound calls, email follow-ups, DMs, Zooms, texts – whatever it takes
- Schedule and coordinate showings and site visits (sometimes in muddy boots)
- Answer questions with accuracy and confidence – from floor plans to finish options to financing steps
- Log every interaction and update in our CRM so the team is always aligned
- Support the Sales Director aka our CEO at the moment in turning a 700+ person interest list into signed contracts
- Handle basic paperwork and buyer onboarding (you’ll be trained on this – no legal degree required)
- Provide feedback on what buyers are asking, where they hesitate, and what objections come up
Who You Are
- You’ve got 2–5 years of experience in real estate, hospitality, or another high-touch, client-facing sales role
- You’re a people person who’s great at building trust fast
- You’re obsessed with follow-through – no lead left behind
- You’re confident asking for the close, but never pushy
- You thrive in fast-moving environments and don’t need hand-holding
- You’re excited about wellness, sustainability, and modern living – even if you’re new to real estate
Bonus If You Have
- Experience in residential real estate, especially new developments or communities
Why you’ll love this role
- You’ll get in early on something big – and see your impact daily
- You’ll work alongside a small, driven team building something that doesn’t exist yet
- You’ll learn fast, grow fast, and have a path toward leadership or specialization
- You’ll help families make life-changing decisions – and feel good about what you’re selling
- Potential to grow into Sales Manager or Buyer Experience Lead as the team scales
You won’t just be selling homes – you’ll be helping shape a movement!
A healthier, more intentional way to live.
And it starts with you.
Apply and let’s talk!
