As our Sales & Lead Generation Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for new partnerships, identifying opportunities and building the foundation for our next chapter of growth. You’ll be the face of Aplusify at events and the voice of our mission in every conversation. Your work will directly translate into organizations saving time and making a bigger impact.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Build the pipeline. You’ll identify, engage, and qualify new leads through a variety of channels, from in-person networking at trade shows and conferences to strategic digital outreach.
- Become a product expert. You’ll master our Salesforce and Fonteva solutions, confidently educating potential clients on how our technology can solve their unique challenges and boost their growth.
- Own the full sales cycle. From initial contact to signed deal, you’ll drive revenue growth by converting qualified leads into new business opportunities, consistently hitting and exceeding your sales targets.
- Serve as a brand ambassador. You’ll be the face of Aplusify at industry events, building and nurturing a book of business through in-person meetings and strategic follow-ups.
- Maintain the data that drives decisions. You’ll take ownership of our CRM, ensuring all client activities and data are meticulously organized and up-to-date.
- Collaborate for success. You’ll work hand-in-hand with our cross-functional and remote teams to ensure a seamless client experience from start to finish.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Communications, or a related field.
Experience in the association or nonprofit space is a plus.
A strong, results-oriented mindset and a proven ability to meet and exceed targets.
Outstanding personal organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client campaigns and meet tight deadlines.
A collaborative spirit and the ability to work effectively with remote teams and various stakeholders.
Willingness to travel regularly to attend events and in-person meetings.
