About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Sales Manager to drive growth for our B2B
CPaaS business. This is a hybrid role, where the candidate will work from home but is expected to
regularly meet clients in the field across Mumbai for business development, demos, and closures.
Key Responsibilities
Drive B2B sales for CPaaS solutions including SMS, WhatsApp Business API, RCS, Voice,
IVR, and related services
Generate leads via outbound sales, referrals, virtual outreach, and field visits
Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and negotiations across Mumbai
Manage the complete sales lifecycle from prospecting to deal closure
Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, founders, and decision-makers
Understand client communication requirements and propose customised CPaaS solutions
Coordinate with technical, operations, and legal teams for onboarding and documentation
Maintain accurate CRM records, follow-ups, and sales reports
Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Track market trends and competitor activities
Required Skills & Qualifications
2β3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in CPaaS, SaaS, Telecom, or IT services
Working knowledge of A2P SMS, WhatsApp Business, Voice/IVR solutions
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Comfortable with field sales and regular client visits
Ability to work independently while managing a hybrid WFH + field role
Experience using CRM tools and virtual meeting platforms
Bachelorβs degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Good to Have
Existing B2B client or agency network in Mumbai
Experience with DLT registration, TRAI guidelines, or telecom compliance
Two-wheeler or personal vehicle (preferred)
