Job Description
- The sales officer is responsible for driving dealer performance, improving sales execution, and strengthening market presence through KPI management, dealer engagement, learning & development initiatives, and field-level promotional activities. The role acts as a single point of contact for dealers and plays a key role in business growth and customer experience enhancement.

Experience Criteria
- ASO (Assistant Sales Officer): 2β4 Years
- SO (Sales Officer): 4β7 Years
- SSO (Senior Sales Officer): 8-9+ Years
(role scope and responsibility will vary based on experience level)
- Diploma/Bachelors or Any degree in engineering, business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- 2-9+ years of relevant sales experience (experience band as per role level).
- Strong knowledge of dealer management and field sales operations.
- Ability to analyse data and convert insights into action.
- Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
