You’ll play a key role in managing partner operations, ensuring smooth onboarding, compliance, and financial processing. The position requires strong attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:

Onboard partner resources into internal systems, managing the full lifecycle from onboarding, extensions, and offboarding.

Assign and monitor compliance for mandatory security training of partner resources.

Review and approve partner invoices.

Support partner resources with timecard issues, system access, and general operational inquiries.
Required Qualifications:

Experience in Professional Services Partner Management.

2+ years of experience in Professional Services Operations or a related role, preferably in an enterprise software environment.

Hands-on experience with PSA systems — FinancialForce (Certinia) experience preferred.

Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Highly detail-oriented and capable of working independently.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines with efficiency and accuracy.
Experience Range:
Minimum: 2 years
Preferred: 4-5 years
