Overview:

Blissology Beauty Supply is seeking a proactive, sales-driven Sales & Operations Specialist to support and grow our client base across the UAE and Qatar markets. This role is focused on B2B sales within the professional beauty industry, working directly with salon owners, managers, and purchasing decision-makers. The position requires managing ongoing business accounts, understanding client purchasing behavior, and driving repeat orders through consultative selling and long-term relationship building. The Sales & Operations Specialist will contribute directly to revenue growth by increasing order frequency, average order value, and brand penetration across assigned B2B accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Communication, Sales & Upselling

  • Recommend and upsell complementary products based on client needs, order history, and current promotions.
  • Understand Blissology’s product portfolio in detail (brands, benefits, pricing, usage).
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing accounts to increase order frequency and average order value.
  • Support Operation Manager and Sales Staff with quotes, invoices, and customer requests.
  • Respond promptly to client emails and WhatsApp messages with professional, accurate information.
  • Prepare quotes, proformas, and invoices for salon clients placing orders.

Reporting & Data Management

  • Create and maintain detailed reports, including:
  • Customer-wise sales
  • Item-wise sales
  • Brand performance
  • Inventory and stock levels
  • Update shared sheets and internal systems to reflect accurate data at all times.

Logistics & Delivery Coordination

  • Prepare invoices and delivery sheets for drivers and couriers.
  • Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure smooth and timely deliveries.
  • Confirm delivery completion and follow up when needed.

Collections & Account Follow-ups

  • Communicate professionally with clients in Qatar and UAE regarding outstanding payments.
  • Track and update collection status in internal records.

Purchasing & Supplier Coordination

  • Update brand purchase sheets regularly.
  • Analyze sales and stock levels to determine replenishment needs.
  • Support preparation of supplier purchase orders.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven B2B sales experience (inside sales, customer sales, account management, or upselling roles)
  • Experience in sales support, customer service, or operations (beauty industry experience is a plus).
  • Strong product knowledge or willingness to learn beauty and haircare products deeply.
  • Sales-driven mindset with the ability to upsell and cross-sell.
  • Strong communication skills across email, WhatsApp, and phone.
  • Excellent Excel/Google Sheets ability (reporting, filtering, formulas).
  • Organized, attentive to detail, and capable of working independently.
