Job Summary

The Sales Support Coordinator will support the sales and marketing teams by proactively contacting leads generated by the marketing team, engaging potential customers through email and phone communication, and providing accurate product information. This role plays a key part in nurturing leads, qualifying prospects, and ensuring a smooth handoff to the sales team.

Experience: 1-3 years of experience

Location: Khar west

Key Responsibilities

– Contact and follow up on leads provided by the marketing team via email, phone, and other communication channels

– Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide detailed product and service information

– Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and route sales-ready leads to the appropriate sales representatives

– Maintain accurate records of lead interactions, communications, and follow-ups in the CRM system

– Send product brochures, presentations, pricing details, and other sales materials to prospective customers

– Coordinate product demos, meetings, and calls between prospects and the sales team

– Nurture leads through regular follow-ups to build interest and engagement

– Work closely with marketing to provide feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness
