The business offer various payment solution – Payment Gateway, Open Banking Payments, Direct Debit, Real-time payments.

Key verticals include – Financial Services, Ecommerce, and Ticketing.

Clients include – Rangers FC, Flutterwave, Verto, Oakbrook and many others.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Operations & Marketing Technology

  • Own and manage the marketing technology stack, including HubSpot, analytics, and attribution tools, to ensure operational excellence and data integrity.
  • Develop and maintain campaign dashboards, lead scoring models, and funnel analytics to monitor performance and drive efficiency improvements.
  • Oversee email automation, audience segmentation, and campaign workflow execution.

Campaign Execution & Demand Generation

  • Collaborate closely with the Demand Generation Manager to deliver and optimise account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns across priority verticals.
  • Ensure all campaign activities are scalable, measurable, and aligned with commercial and revenue objectives.

Partner Marketing

  • Work in close partnership with Partner Managers and the commercial team to develop and execute joint marketing plans targeting partner customer bases.
  • Design and deliver partner-focused and partner-led campaigns that drive engagement, education, and enablement, while supporting coordinated go-to-market initiatives for end customers.
  • Plan and execute joint initiatives, including webinars, events, integrated campaigns, and ecosystem-specific content.
  • Track, analyse, and report on partner marketing performance, including engagement levels, lead contribution, and return on investment (ROI).

Website & Content Management

  • Manage updates to the company website, ensuring content accuracy, relevance, and optimisation for lead generation.
  • Collaborate with content stakeholders to maintain high-quality, engaging materials across the website and campaign landing pages.
  • Monitor and evaluate website performance, conducting testing and optimisation to improve engagement and conversion rates.

Performance & Optimisation

  • Monitor and report on campaign performance against key performance indicators (KPIs), including click-through rate (CTR), cost per lead (CPL), conversion rates, and pipeline impact.
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency in reporting and attribution across all marketing programmes.
  • Continuously optimise funnel velocity and conversion performance to support business growth.
