Job Description
Position Title: Media Planner
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop strategic media plans across digital and traditional channels that align to client objectives, target audiences, and KPIs.
- Execute and optimise programmatic and paid-media campaigns using DV360, Google Ads, and Meta Ads Manager to maximise ROI and CPA targets.
- Manage campaign trafficking, tagging, and performance tracking with GA4 and ad-server reporting to ensure accurate measurement and attribution.
- Analyse media performance and produce actionable insights and weekly/monthly reports to inform budget reallocation and creative recommendations.
- Collaborate with client servicing, creative, and ad-ops teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery and timely optimisations.
- Support pitch development and media buy negotiations, including vendor selection and RFP responses for programmatic and traditional inventory.

Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on media planning/buying experience within an ad agency or media-buying environment (on-site in India).
- Proven track record managing digital campaigns across programmatic, social, search, and display with demonstrable KPI improvements.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills; ability to translate data into strategic recommendations and clear client-facing reports.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment and collaborating cross-functionally to meet tight deadlines.
