Job Title: Social Media lead

Location : Navi Mumbai Airoli

Experience: 5–7 years in digital marketing with a strong focus on social, SMM, PPC, and AI-enabled optimization for a B2B organization

Overview

We are looking for a strategic Social Media lead who can strengthen brand presence, elevate engagement, and support demand-generation goals across global channels. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in social media strategy, SMM execution, PPC integration, analytics, and the use of AI tools to improve performance. Knowledge of the technology or solutions integrator industry is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

β€’ Develop and execute a unified social media and SMM strategy aligned with brand, demand-generation, and audience needs

β€’ Plan, create, and manage content across LinkedIn, X, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms

β€’ Use AI tools for content ideation, performance forecasting, workflow efficiency, and audience insights, etc

β€’ Manage PPC campaigns across paid social to improve reach, engagement, and qualified demand

β€’ Leverage social platforms for brand building, thought leadership, and measurable pipeline impact

β€’ Monitor trends, competitor activity, and platform best practices to optimize content and campaigns

β€’ Track, measure, and analyze social and PPC performance, delivering insights that guide strategic decisions

β€’ Partner with marketing, communications, creative, and product teams to support integrated campaigns

β€’ Ensure brand consistency and adherence to corporate guidelines

β€’ Support social listening, community management, and platform governance

β€’ Identify opportunities for innovation using AI, automation, and new tools

Qualifications

β€’ 5–7 years of digital marketing experience with a strong focus on social media management, SMM, and PPC

β€’ Experience using AI tools for content, optimization, and analytics

β€’ Strong understanding of B2B marketing; exposure to the technology or digital transformation sector is an advantage

β€’ Proven ability to develop strategies that drive engagement, brand visibility, and demand generation

β€’ Proficiency with social media management, SMM, AI, and analytics platforms

β€’ Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights

β€’ Excellent writing, communication, and storytelling skills

β€’ Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge of CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Oktopost, Pardot, and Salesforce) is good to have
