Your responsibilities at a Sr. Account Executive…
- Drive Loan Growth: Take ownership of your pipeline by sourcing and funding $2–3M+ in closed loans each month. Build direct investor and broker relationships, prospect new business, and connect with key industry players to create consistent loan flow.
- Offer a Full Product Suite: Apply your expertise to structure and originate a wide range of competitive loan products – – including Fix-and-Flip, Bridge, and DSCR – – equipping you to serve Investors effectively and lead in the market.
- Oversee Every Transaction: Manage deals from first contact through structuring, underwriting, approval, and closing. Partner with internal teams to deliver a seamless, timely experience for every client.
- Be a Trusted Advisor: Educate business partners, referral sources, brokers, and investors on the Company’s value proposition, positioning yourself as the go-to expert in real estate investment property finance.
- Expand Market Presence: Build visibility and credibility by engaging with the investor community through events, roundtables, and partnerships. By consistently exceeding expectations, you’ll strengthen your reputation and unlock new opportunities.
Requested Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in the Private Lending industry
- An established book of business or an Investor network
- 2+ years experience Fix and Flip, Rental Property (DSCR), and Bridge loans
- 2+ years experience in the Private Lending industry (FNF, Bridge, and/or Perm Debt) in single family and multifamily asset classes
- Understanding of the real estate investment property industry and ability to effectively communicate how Planet Renovation Capital can help your clients grow and prosper
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Proven ability to creatively source and develop new business
- Energetic and enthusiastic about providing the best customer experience in the industry
Pay range and compensation package
- Competitive Base Salary and Commission Plan
- Our benefits package includes 3 comprehensive Cigna or Kaiser medical plans, dental, and vision insurance.
