About the Role

As a Strategic Growth & Alignment Leader, you will engage qualified individuals in intentional, discovery-based conversations focused on clarity, alignment, and expansion. The role includes high-ticket consultative sales, approached through service, integrity, and relationship-building rather than traditional or pressure-based tactics.

You will collaborate closely with a mission-aligned team while developing your own consulting practice within Reignite and Bloom’s established systems, training, and support structure.
