Job Description

Surapack is looking for a Global Machine & Raw Material Sales Executive to drive both international and domestic sales of packaging production machinery, equipment, and raw materials across its global manufacturing ecosystem.

This role will play a critical part in technical and solution-based sales, global business development, and project-driven machinery sales, while also building and maintaining long-term raw material supply partnerships. The position requires close collaboration with production, engineering, and supplier teams, as well as hands-on involvement in international markets and export operations.

The ideal candidate brings a strong background in industrial and technical sales, a deep understanding of packaging production technologies, and proven experience managing global customers and export-driven sales processes. This role suits a commercially driven professional who can combine technical expertise with strategic sales leadership.

Target Profile

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial or technical sales
  • Proven background in packaging production, machinery, or raw materials
  • Fluent English (additional languages are an advantage)
  • Strong negotiation, relationship management, and business development skills
  • Willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis
