Part-Time Telemarketer / Appointment Setter (Retirement Planning) — Big Financial Services

At Big Financial Services, we help families approach retirement with more clarity and confidence. Your job is simple (but not easy): make outbound calls to the people already in our world, start genuine conversations, and schedule appointments for them to come into the office.
Compensation: $20/hr + Commissions (Structured based on appointments set)
Hours: 20/hr a week to start (could grow into Full-Time)
What you’ll do
- Make outbound calls to warm contacts (marketing leads, inquiries, past attendees, existing lists, etc.)
- Start friendly, professional conversations and book in-office appointments
- Confirm key details (availability, best contact info, basic interest/needs)
- Handle light objections with confidence and empathy (especially with retirees and pre-retirees)
- Send confirmations and reminders; help improve show rates
- Log accurate notes in our CRM so the advisors are fully prepared
- Follow call policies and compliance expectations (Do-Not-Call, consent, call times, scripting)

- Clean CRM notes, good follow-up habits, high professionalism
