Location: Business Bay, Dubai, UAE
Key Responsibilities
- Call and follow up with company-provided leads and inquiries
- Qualify buyers and investors based on their requirements and budget
- Promote off-plan and ready properties to prospective clients
- Book appointments for property advisors and sales managers
- Maintain accurate client records in the CRM system
- Follow up with warm and cold leads to maximize conversion
- Provide basic property and project information to clients
- Achieve and exceed monthly call and appointment targets
Requirements
- Previous telesales or call center experience (real estate preferred)
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Confident phone manner with excellent English
- Any additional language besides English is a plus
- Ability to handle objections and close appointments
- Target-driven and highly motivated personality
- Basic knowledge of Dubai real estate is an advantage
- Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment
