Job Description

PRIMARY PURPOSEΒ 

To contributeΒ inΒ generating sales for the company,Β be responsible forΒ closing sales deals over the phone andΒ maintainingΒ good customer relationships. The responsibilities include contacting potential customers, focusing on customer needs to close sales, and documenting customer information, purchases, andΒ feedback.Β 

RESPONSIBILITIESΒ 

  • Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a projectΒ 
  • Answer questions about products or the companyΒ 
  • Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close salesΒ 
  • Direct prospects to the field sales team when neededΒ 
  • Enter and update customer information in the databaseΒ 
  • Take and process orders inΒ an accurateΒ mannerΒ 
  • Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputationΒ 
  • Reach the β€œextra mile” to meet sales quota andΒ facilitateΒ future salesΒ 
  • Keep records of calls and sales and note useful informationΒ 
  • Deliver the company brand recognition by leaving clients with an excellent impression through effective customer relations,Β empathyΒ and effective communication skillsΒ 

Skills and Competencies:Β 

  • Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g.Β CRM software) and telephone systemsΒ 
  • Excellent knowledge of Dutch, French, German, Arabic, Swedish, Turkish and English.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsΒ 
  • Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaintsΒ 
  • Cool-tempered and able to handle rejectionΒ 
  • Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospectsΒ
