EA (Telesales Representatives)
What You’ll Do:
- Contact existing customers to introduce course renewal options and increase conversion rates.
- Maintain regular follow-up with customers to understand their learning needs and recommend personalized renewal solutions.
- Monitor students’ learning progress and analyze performance data to develop appropriate renewal strategies.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure high levels of satisfaction throughout the renewal process.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, or any related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to identify and address customer needs effectively.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment with a positive, results-oriented mindset.
- High level of motivation to meet and exceed sales targets, with a strong focus on performance and commission.

Work location & hours :
– Sunday – Thursday: 12 PM – 9 PM (breaks: 2:45 PM – 3 PM, 5 PM – 6 PM)
– Saturday: 12 PM – 4 PM (breaks: 12:45 PM – 1 PM)
