Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in 5th Settlement. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for contacting potential customers via phone, presenting EGYCHAM’s services, and supporting sales activities to achieve assigned

targets.

Daily responsibilities include making outbound calls, following up with leads, updating customer records, answering inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience through professional and effective communication.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or a related field
  • No experience required – fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Highly motivated, proactive, and willing to learn
  • Ability to handle customer calls professionally
