Job Description
In This Role:
• Identify and engage prospective clients through outbound outreach and inbound leads
• Lead discovery conversations to uncover challenges and goals
• Present Virtualite’s service solutions to potential clients
• Build and manage a consistent sales pipeline using CRM tools
• Schedule and conduct virtual consultations and follow-ups
• Collaborate with sales, onboarding, and operations teams to support conversions
We are looking for:
• Experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles is a plus but not required
• Strong communication, listening, and relationship-building skills
• Consultative selling mindset with the ability to guide decision-making
• Self-motivated, organized, and effective in a remote work environment
• Experience in BPO, SaaS, or professional services is a plus
