Responsibilities
- Read and comprehend Ada programming language.
- Utilize and navigate development environments for Ada.
- Run and manage debugger-level projects in Ada.
- Understand and maintain legacy code bases.
- Conduct thorough code reviews.
- Adapt to ambiguous environments and tasks efficiently.
- Meet project deadlines consistently.
- Communicate proactively with team members.
Essential Skills
- Reading knowledge of Ada.
- Active security clearance.
- Expert-level experience in C/C++.
- Strong code review skills.
- Proactive communication style.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Familiarity with using code agents (e.g., cursor, Claude code) is a plus.
- Knowledge of Python is advantageous.
- Experience in the Aviation industry is a plus.

The pay range for this position is $150000.00 – $250000.00/yr.
