Admin Assistant is needed
We are looking for “Admin Assistant ” for oil &Gas company to join our team.
Responsibilities and duties:
· Receive and review clarifications related to tenders and purchase orders.
· Revise the original tender or purchase order documents to ensure all necessary clarifications are included.
· Communicate with suppliers and vendors to request required information.
· Collect responses from suppliers and prepare replies for customer clarifications.
· Ensure timely responses are sent back to customers to maintain good relationships.
· Follow up with customers by phone to confirm their satisfaction with the clarifications provided.
· Maintain accurate records of clarification communications and responses for future reference.
Qualification, work experience and Skills:
· Bachelor degree in, business or related field.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Excellent attention to detail and ability to organize multiple tasks.
· Proficient in excel and experience with data tracking.
· Ability to thrive in fast paced environment and manage changing priorities.
· Location: Nasr City, Cairo.
