This role is at the heart of our operations, supporting our sales, lettings, and property management and New homes teams while ensuring a smooth, welcoming, and professional office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
– Front-of-house customer service for clients, landlords & tenants
– Diary management & scheduling viewings
– Admin & compliance support
– Updating property listings & marketing materials
– Maintaining CRM systems & office operations
– General support to directors, agents & property managers
What We’re Looking For:
Strong communication & organisational skills
Professional, proactive, detail-oriented personality
Admin/coordination experience (property background ideal)
Confident with CRM & digital tools
Salary Package:
Salary: £24,000 per annum
Benefits:

Travel expense
Full-time, on-site in Mayfair Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm
