EMI is looking for a Pre-Sales Engineer to join our team and support business growth.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and support a portfolio of customer accounts across North Africa
- Generate qualified leads through research, campaigns, and targeted outreach
- Prepare and submit tender documentation accurately and on time
- Provide technical pre-sales support, including solution presentations and customer responses
- Prepare and deliver webinars for EMI product lines and services
- Participate in conferences and industry events representing EMI
- Register EMI and its branches on customer procurement portals and maintain profiles
- Analyze competitor offerings and market trends to recommend differentiators
- Identify new markets, entry points, and growth opportunities
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Computer, Computer Communication, Electrical, or Telecommunications) or IT
- Strong technical knowledge of servers and OPC communication protocols
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and time-management skills
- Ability to understand customer requirements and respond within tight timelines
- Strong research and analytical capabilities
- Languages: English and French (spoken and written)
