Responsibilities
- Clean and standardize data-sets (dates, names, categories, IDs)
- Combine lists, remove duplicates, and ensure consistency
- Prepare short summaries for internal tracking and reporting
- Support admin tasks: confirmations, documentation requests, scheduling support
• • Update SOP notes when process changes occur
Requirements
Requirements & Qualifications
- Strong spreadsheet skills (filters, data validation, basic formulas)
- Detail-oriented with strong written communication
- Able to prioritize and switch between task types
- Familiarity with CRMs or ticketing tools is a plus
- Full Training will be provided
