Job Description
This is an admin-first position with data processing as the core output. You’ll manage requests, keep records updated, and ensure information is easy to find for the team.
Responsibilities
- Maintain shared trackers, contact lists, and internal databases
- Organize files, rename documents, and keep folders consistent
- Assist with onboarding documentation and routine admin coordination
- Monitor inbox tasks and route requests to the right owner
- Keep logs updated and confirm completion
Requirements
- Excellent organization and time management
- Comfortable writing clear, professional messages
- Experience with Google Drive/Docs/Sheets (or Microsoft equivalents)
- Ability to handle sensitive information responsibly
- Admin support experience preferred
