Client Support Associate (Entry Level)
Location: Landover, MD (On-Site)

SHIK Consulting Group partners with consumer brands across the DMV to help them expand their reach through in-person customer engagement. We’re looking for a Client Support Associate to join our on-site team and support our clients’ customer interaction goals at events, retail locations, and community activations.
If you enjoy talking to people, learning fast, and working in a team-first environment, this role will give you the experience you’re looking for.
What You’ll Do
- Support client campaigns by representing brands at events and partner retail locations.
- Start conversations, answer basic questions, and help customers understand products and services.
- Guide customers through the process of choosing the right product or service based on their needs.
- Assist with event set-up, product displays, and maintaining a clean presentation area.
- Collect customer feedback and share insights with the internal team.
- Keep simple activity notes to help track campaign performance.
- Collaborate with teammates to ensure each event runs smoothly.
