Logistics & Operations Coordinator
Job Description
We’re supporting an exciting and fast-growing drinks brand is looking to appoint a Logistics & Operations Coordinator to support its expanding commercial operation.
This is a hands-on, varied role sitting at the heart of the business, ideal for someone who enjoys managing orders, stock, logistics, and customer communication in a fast-paced FMCG environment.
The Role
- Coordinate end-to-end order fulfilment, including shipping, invoicing, and export documentation
- Manage stock movements and inventory accuracy across warehouses and locations
- Liaise with third-party hauliers, warehouses, and internal teams
- Support customer and distributor enquiries, resolving delivery or stock issues efficiently
- Produce stock reports and support pricing and sample coordination
- Assist with logistics for events, tastings, and trade shows
About You
- Highly organised, detail-focused, and numerate
- Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
- Experienced in logistics, operations, or supply chain coordination
- Import/export knowledge beneficial
- FMCG or drinks industry experience preferred
- Strong Excel skills; ERP experience a plus
