Job Description

Job Title : Customer Support Executive – Flight Operations

Experience: 0–2 Years

Location: Malad (WFO)

Process Type: Voice & Chat Support

Shift: Rotational Shifts 24*7 , 6 week offs in a month

Process Split:

80% Voice Process

20% Chat Process

Majorly Inbound Calls

Occasional Outbound Calls (for follow-ups or coordination with agents)

Key Responsibilities :

  • Handle inbound customer calls related to flight bookings, cancellations, rescheduling, and general travel queries
  • Provide accurate information on flight status, fares, baggage, and policies
  • Respond to customer queries via chat support when required
  • Make outbound calls to agents/customers for coordination or updates
  • Coordinate with internal agents and operations team for issue resolution
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality

Experience :

  • 0–2 years of experience in Customer Support / BPO / Travel / Airline process
  • Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English (mandatory)
  • Comfortable with voice process and customer interaction
  • Basic computer knowledge and ability to use CRM systems
  • Customer-focused attitude with good problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced operations environment
