Job Title : Customer Support Executive – Flight Operations
Experience: 0–2 Years
Location: Malad (WFO)
Process Type: Voice & Chat Support
Shift: Rotational Shifts 24*7 , 6 week offs in a month
Process Split:
80% Voice Process
20% Chat Process
Majorly Inbound Calls
Occasional Outbound Calls (for follow-ups or coordination with agents)
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle inbound customer calls related to flight bookings, cancellations, rescheduling, and general travel queries
- Provide accurate information on flight status, fares, baggage, and policies
- Respond to customer queries via chat support when required
- Make outbound calls to agents/customers for coordination or updates
- Coordinate with internal agents and operations team for issue resolution
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
Experience :
- 0–2 years of experience in Customer Support / BPO / Travel / Airline process
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English (mandatory)
- Comfortable with voice process and customer interaction
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to use CRM systems
- Customer-focused attitude with good problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced operations environment
