Rubat AI is looking for a motivated Sales & Marketing Intern (independent contractor) to support our business growth through lead generation, client outreach and digital marketing activities. This role is offered on an independent contractor basis and is commission-only, making it ideal for someone who wants flexible work, real-world experience and performance-based earnings.

Our software is made for non-technical users, so companies can use our AI tools without needing advanced technical skills or coding.

About the Role
Rubat AI is looking for a motivated Sales & Marketing Intern to support our business growth through lead generation, client outreach and digital marketing activities. You will reach out to clients, selling our software while earning our commission.
This role is offered on an independent contractor basis and is commission-only, making it ideal for someone who wants flexible work, real-world experience, and performance-based earnings.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential clients through online and offline channels
- Support sales outreach via email, social media and direct communication
- Assist with marketing campaigns and promotional activities
- Generate leads and convert prospects into customers
- Track outreach and report results independently
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Interest in sales, marketing, or business development
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Ability to manage your own time and methods of work
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing or sales is a plus (but not required).

Compensation
- Commission-only payment based on successful sales or conversions.
- No fixed salary or hourly wage
- Commission rates and payment terms will be clearly defined in the contractor agreement
