Job Description

Account Executive with B2B SaaS sales background required to join a fast-growing, global SaaS technology company that’s transforming how organisations work through AI-powered Service Management solutions and expanding into the US market, to sell to new logo mid-market accounts.

Salary $80-100K Base and OTE of $160-200 (US eligibility to work is essential)

This is a remote role, but we are looking for account executives based in the Atlanta, Georgia area, and will require travel to meet customers.

What we’re looking for in the Account Executive – B2B SaaS:

3–5 years of quota-carrying SaaS/B2B software sales/business development experience selling to SMB

Experience managing fast-paced sales cycles (15–90 days), with a typical deal size of $10,000

Excellent communication and presentation skills, both virtual and in-person

Confident negotiator, comfortable engaging IT, procurement, and senior stakeholders

Familiarity with CRM and sales tools such as Salesforce, Salesloft, Gong, or ZoomInfo

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Background in working with or selling AI, ITSM, IT Infrastructure would be a plus

What you’ll do:

Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to grow your territory

Identify customer challenges and present tailored, high-impact software solutions

Manage the full sales cycle — from lead, pipelining, prospecting to closing new logos

Collaborate cross-functionally to move deals forward and ensure customer success

Stay on top of industry trends and articulate a clear value proposition to prospects

You’ll play a key role in driving new US business growth — leading the full sales cycle, developing strategic territory plans, and partnering with clients to deliver solutions that enhance productivity and employee experience across industries.
