Role Description

This full-time, on-site position is located in Gurugram. The Admin cum Front Desk Executive will manage front desk activities, welcome visitors, answer calls with professional phone etiquette, and handle correspondence and scheduling. The role involves handling housekeeping, security coordination, vendor management, and supporting day-to-day administrative activities.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage front desk operations including visitor management, call handling, security, gate pass and correspondence.
  2. Coordinate with housekeeping and security teams to ensure workplace cleanliness, safety, and discipline.
  3. Oversee office maintenance, and general administrative procurement.
  4. Coordinate with vendors, facility management, and service providers for timely support.
  5. Manage AMCs, renewals, signages etc
  6. Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in handling front office, Admin (housekeeping, and security operations) is preferred
  • Strong administrative and coordination skills
  • Good written and verbal communication
  • Proficiency in phone etiquette and handling receptionist duties, including managing inquiries and directing calls
  • Customer service skills to ensure a positive experience for visitors and clients
  • Ability to maintain organized records, manage schedules, and perform general administrative duties
  • Proficiency in relevant office software applications MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong interpersonal skills and professional communication abilities
  • Understanding of safety and housekeeping protocols.
  • A Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Administration, Management, or related field).
  • Diploma or certification in office administration or facility management is an added advantage.
