  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field,
  • At least 5 years of experiences as an Executive Assistant or Office Specialist,
  • Prior experience working with a travel agency and managing travel arrangements.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications,
  • Excellent command of English both written and spoken,
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills,
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills,
  • Proactive, self-motivated, highly detail-oriented, and willing to take responsibility,
  • Well-organized with strong follow-up, coordination, and organizational skills,
  • No restrictions for travel,

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Welcoming the guests and informing the relevant departments.
  • Arranging flight tickets and hotel bookings.
  • Making the necessary arrangements and reporting to ensure the smooth execution of all administrative processes.
  • Following the layout of meeting and training rooms.
  • Assist the Chairman for daily business activities.
  • Coordinate a dynamic schedule, organize travel arrangements, set up conference calls, and ensure thorough preparation for both internal and external meetings.
  • Carrying out the daily work follow-up.
