Job Description

This is an admin-first position with data processing as the core output. You’ll manage requests, keep records updated, and ensure information is easy to find for the team.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain shared trackers, contact lists, and internal databases
  • Organize files, rename documents, and keep folders consistent
  • Assist with onboarding documentation and routine admin coordination
  • Monitor inbox tasks and route requests to the right owner
  • Keep logs updated and confirm completion

Requirements

  • Excellent organization and time management
  • Comfortable writing clear, professional messages
  • Experience with Google Drive/Docs/Sheets (or Microsoft equivalents)
  • Ability to handle sensitive information responsibly
  • Admin support experience preferred
