We’re Hiring | Admin Assistant / Secretary

Location: Shak El Thoaban Industrial Area – Kiromarble

Kiromarble is looking for a highly organized and proactive Admin Assistant / Secretary to support our management team and daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

•Organize schedules and manage time efficiently

•Manage and follow up on emails and correspondence

•Host and assist visiting clients professionally

•Arrange meeting slots and coordinate calendars

•Assist in preparing quotations and proforma invoices for board members

•Set reminders and follow up on important calls, meetings, and email responses

Requirements:

•Fluency in English (spoken and written)

•Strong organizational and time-management skills

•Excellent communication and coordination abilities

•Professional attitude and attention to detail
