Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a B2B Outbound Cold Calling Specialist. The individual in this role will be responsible for reaching out to potential business clients through cold calls, nurturing prospects, scheduling appointments for sales discussions, and maintaining a detailed record of interactions. Additional responsibilities include following up with prospects, addressing their queries, and understanding their needs to provide tailored solutions offered. The goal is to generate new business opportunities and contribute to the overall growth of the organization.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in outbound cold calling, lead generation, and appointment setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with prospects.
  • Ability to understand client needs and convey relevant solutions effectively.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Prior experience in a B2B sales or telemarketing role is highly desirable.
  • Prior experience in selling product or services to HR department is advantageous.
