We’re now looking for a Field Sales Executive to join our growing team — someone who shares our love of quality, takes pride in delivering exceptional service, and thrives on building meaningful connections with customers.
The Purpose of Your Role
As a Field Sales Executive, you’ll be responsible for maintaining and maximising the profitability of existing independent accounts while actively identifying and winning new business within your region.
You’ll be the face of our brand — building relationships, delivering results, and ensuring our products reach the people who appreciate them most.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage and grow a portfolio of independent customers, ensuring sales and profit targets are achieved.
- Proactively seek and acquire new business across agreed geographical areas.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and account management, always projecting the company positively.
- Visit customers on a planned journey cycle, maintaining consistent communication and support.
- Ensure collections and payments are managed in line with agreed trade terms.
- Keep management updated on competitor activity and market insights.
- Attend trade shows and represent the business with pride.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams — from Customer Services and Supply Chain to Brand and Sales Managers — to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

- Hitting and exceeding sales and profit targets.
- Opening and maintaining profitable new trading accounts.
- Maintaining accurate records and call cycles.
- Delivering promotions and initiatives on time and within budget.
- Building strong, lasting customer relationships that lead to long-term growth.
What You’ll Bring
- Minimum 2 years of FMCG sales experience, ideally in food and drink (Foodservice or Retail).
- Strong numeracy, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- A self-motivated, proactive approach with a genuine passion for great food.

About Working Here
This is a field-based role involving daily travel to customers, typically between 9:00am and 5:00pm, with occasional overnight stays for sales meetings or trade shows.
