Job Description
If you’re someone who naturally drives outcomes rather than waits to be told what to do, this role is built for you. This is a rare chance to become part of one of Alpha’s most recently launched campuses and leave your mark from the very beginning. You won’t simply join an established teamβyou’ll actively shape its culture, define its standards, and evolve with the campus as it expands.
Alpha doesn’t exist to preserve existing systems. We’re creating a better model for students and their families. We need someone ready to fully own two critical areas: guiding new families through enrollment and managing the daily operations that keep the campus functioning at a high level.
This isn’t a typical admissions position. You won’t spend your days confined to a desk, sending template emails, or drowning in administrative busywork. You’ll facilitate meaningful family tours, establish trust with prospective parents, and shepherd them through a thoughtful, individualized admissions process. Simultaneously, you’ll maintain a campus environment that is secure, compliant, and consistently prepared to receive students and families with professionalism.
Alpha is a Kβ12 independent school reimagining childhood education. Using adaptive technology and skilled Guides, we provide personalized, mastery-based learning that equips students for real life, not simply standardized exams. In this position, you’ll embody that mission for every family who enters our space.
If you’re prepared to accelerate your growth while contributing to work that matters, we’re ready to hear from you.
What You Will Be Doing
- Conducting personalized, high-impact family tours that clearly communicate Alpha’s three commitments and build trust in our educational approach.
- Designing and implementing proactive outreach strategies for prospective families to advance them through the enrollment pipeline.
- Applying strict safety and child protection standards to ensure a demonstrably secure campus for students and visitors.
- Managing comprehensive facility operations, including preventative maintenance scheduling, vendor management, and repair coordination.
- Regularly reviewing performance data to streamline processes and enhance both operational effectiveness and admissions success.
What You Wonβt Be Doing
- Being limited to one narrow, repetitive administrative function or isolated department.
- Operating under inflexible, directive management that restricts your autonomy.
- Dealing with procedural bureaucracy that impedes real impact.
- Spending your time solely on documentation, removed from direct interaction with students and families.
