We’re looking for a CEO Public Relations & Personal Assistant to provide hands-on support to our CEO while helping manage her public presence, media engagements, and day-to-day operations.

This is a dynamic, travel-heavy role for someone who is adaptable, polished, tech-savvy, and ready to be at the center of exciting executive and public-facing initiatives.

We’re Hiring: CEO Public Relations & Personal Assistant

Location: El Paso, TX (with frequent national & international travel)

What You’ll Do:

Executive & Personal Support: Manage scheduling, travel arrangements, and personal tasks while anticipating the CEO’s needs and keeping daily operations running seamlessly.

PR & Media Documentation: Travel with the CEO to capture key moments through photography and video for internal communications, marketing, and public relations initiatives.

Content Creation: Assist with social media content, digital campaigns, and basic photo/video editing to support the CEO’s public image and brand.

Wardrobe & Styling Support: Help with outfit changes, styling coordination, and makeup touch-ups during events, appearances, and travel.

Event & Travel Coordination: Coordinate logistics for speaking engagements, appearances, and PR events—including transportation, accommodations, and on-the-go needs.

Social Media & Digital Engagement: Support ongoing social media activity and digital presence across platforms in alignment with branding and messaging.

🤝 Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, communications, and executive teams to ensure consistency in messaging and public-facing initiatives.

Confidentiality & Professionalism: Handle sensitive and high-level information with discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment.

Flexibility & Readiness: Maintain availability for last-minute travel, evenings, weekends, and public engagements as needed.

What You Bring:

High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience)

1–2 years of experience in personal assistance, PR, media production, or related fields

Experience supporting executives, content creation, or social media management is a plus

Knowledge of photography, videography, and basic photo/video editing

Understanding of wardrobe styling, makeup, and professional presentation

Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Tech-savvy with social media and digital platforms

Discretion, adaptability, and professionalism in high-pressure environments

Travel-ready with a flexible schedule and proactive mindset
