Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR & Admin Coordinator for our client, a reputable tobacco company based in Dubai. The role will be based in their Lebanon branch.

Job location: Lebanon

Responsibilities

HR-related tasks (onboarding, employee files, coordination with payroll/NSSF).

Administrative tasks and office coordination.

Procurement support and coordination with suppliers.

Logistics coordination (local and international when required).

Accounting coordination (liaising with accountants, invoices follow-up, basic documentation).

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

Minimum 2 years of experience in HR & administrative coordination

Knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, and HR documentation

Familiarity with labor laws and HR compliance

Strong organizational and communication skills

Proficient in MS Office and HR systems
