Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused IT Support Engineer to provide technical assistance and support to end users. The role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, maintaining IT systems, and ensuring timely resolution of incidents to minimize business disruption.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Level 1 and Level 2 IT support to end users for hardware, software, and application issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
  • Support Windows and macOS environments.
  • Troubleshoot basic network issues (LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN).
  • Manage user accounts and permissions in Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
  • Respond to incidents and service requests via the ITSM/ticketing system.
  • Perform IMACD activities (Install, Move, Add, Change, Decommission).
  • Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams when required.
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and SLAs.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and asset records.
