Job Description

EMI is looking for a Pre-Sales Engineer to join our team and support business growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage and support a portfolio of customer accounts across North Africa
  • Generate qualified leads through research, campaigns, and targeted outreach
  • Prepare and submit tender documentation accurately and on time
  • Provide technical pre-sales support, including solution presentations and customer responses
  • Prepare and deliver webinars for EMI product lines and services
  • Participate in conferences and industry events representing EMI
  • Register EMI and its branches on customer procurement portals and maintain profiles
  • Analyze competitor offerings and market trends to recommend differentiators
  • Identify new markets, entry points, and growth opportunities

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Computer, Computer Communication, Electrical, or Telecommunications) or IT
  • Strong technical knowledge of servers and OPC communication protocols
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and time-management skills
  • Ability to understand customer requirements and respond within tight timelines
  • Strong research and analytical capabilities
  • Languages: English and French (spoken and written)
